Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Operator

Vantom is operated by Cole Hammond (sole proprietor), based in New Zealand. For any question about these terms, contact us on Discord: @colehammond65.

Acceptance

By using Vantom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Vantom is a Discord bot with a web dashboard providing moderation, engagement, and automation tools for server administrators.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vantom. Where local law requires parental consent for users under a higher age threshold, you confirm you have obtained it.

Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise repeating charges until you cancel.

  • No refunds. All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for the initial purchase or any renewal charge, including partial or unused billing periods.
  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel from your server's Premium page on the dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.
  • Access until period end. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period (prorated), after which it reverts to the free tier. Unused time is not refunded.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while we retry; if it is not resolved the plan reverts to free. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable Use

  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • You may not use Vantom for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service
  • You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

Vantom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or guild that violates these terms, with or without notice.

Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be settled by the courts of New Zealand, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or mandatory protection that applies to you under the law of your place of residence, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
