Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds

All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for the initial purchase, for renewal charges, or for any partial or unused billing period. This applies to every tier and to both one-time and recurring charges.

How Cancellation Works

• Cancel anytime from your server's Premium page on the dashboard, or by contacting us on Discord.
• Future billing stops immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Access continues until period end. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period (prorated); it then reverts to the free tier. Unused time is not refunded.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short grace period; if it is not resolved the plan reverts to free. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us on Discord (@colehammond65) and you may also have rights with your payment provider.

Tax

Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable tax. If tax collection is enabled for your region at checkout, it will be added as a separate line item.
