Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Position

Subscriptions are for ongoing access, not a one-time product. Apart from the statutory rights below, payments are generally not refunded for a change of mind, for the initial purchase, for renewal charges, or for any partial or unused billing period.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where the law of your jurisdiction requires a refund (for example, a mandated cooling-off period or remedies for defective performance), that right applies despite the general position above.

Erroneous or Duplicate Charges

If you are charged in error or twice for the same period, contact us on Discord (@eNcrypt) and we will investigate and correct it, including a refund where appropriate.

How Cancellation Works

  • Cancel anytime from your server's Premium page on the dashboard, or by contacting us on Discord.
  • Future billing stops immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Access continues until period end. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; it then reverts to the free tier. Unless required by law, unused time is not refunded.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short grace period; if it is not resolved the plan reverts to free. You may also dispute a charge with your payment provider.

Note the difference: an approved refund does not end your access, but if you open a chargeback or payment dispute, premium access for the affected server ends immediately while the dispute is investigated.

Tax

Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable tax. If tax collection is enabled for your region at checkout, it will be added as a separate line item.
